Marketing website privacy notice

Scope

This notice covers the public marketing website and launch mailing list. The NGS app privacy notice covers the iPhone app, cloud features, invitation acceptance, contact verification and agent authorization, including associated service web pages. The consumer health data notice describes applicable health-data handling.

Website information and recipients

When you visit, the website host processes technical information such as IP address, requested page, request time, browser information and referring page to deliver and protect the site and diagnose failures. DigitalOcean is the configured website host. The current site loads Google Fonts; your browser sends Google the network information required to deliver those resources. If you choose “Get notified,” we record your email address, signup time and consent to send the requested launch notification. This does not subscribe you to unrelated marketing. Contact us to withdraw or remove a signup; you need not create an app account. Any further marketing needs its own choice and unsubscribe method. Hosting and delivery providers process information needed to provide the notification you request.

If you email support, we receive your address and correspondence to answer your request. Google Workspace processes support correspondence forwarded to our business mailbox. Please do not send passwords or medical records. Hosting, email and font-delivery providers process information for these functions. Any legal/security disclosure must be permitted by applicable law. Providers may process information outside the United States.

Tracking and choices

The site uses no advertising cookies, advertising trackers or analytics scripts. It does not change its behavior in response to browser Do Not Track signals. We do not sell personal information or share it for targeted advertising.

Retention and requests

We retain launch signup information while needed to provide the requested notification and maintain limited evidence of consent, subject to earlier removal requests and applicable legal obligations. Contact us to withdraw your signup.

Website logs rotate daily with up to 14 rotated files; inactive logs and backup copies can remain longer. Support correspondence is retained as needed to resolve requests and meet legal obligations. App cleanup rules do not automatically delete support mail or provider logs.

Request access, correction, deletion or an applicable copy by emailing contact@nextgoodsession.com. We may reasonably verify ownership of the email address or other relevant information. We do not require a new account. If a request is refused, reply or email the same address to ask for review; we will explain any applicable appeal and regulator complaint options. We respond within applicable legal deadlines. See the app and consumer health notices for requests relating to those services.

Protection and changes

We use HTTPS and restrict access to signup records. No security measure guarantees protection against every incident. We will provide legally required incident notifications. Material changes will be communicated through an appropriate website or direct notice, with an accurate effective date and additional consent where required.
