Forecast not loading?
Check your internet connection and saved training location, then try again. Weather and surf data depend on provider availability. Your training plan remains available when forecasts cannot load.
Apple Health permissions
Review Next Good Session’s access in Apple Health or iPhone Settings. Health access is optional; you can change it at any time.
Delete your app data
In Profile, choose “Delete local account & data.” This removes the app’s profile, plans, workout history, and sign-in record from this iPhone. Workouts already written to Apple Health remain in Health and can be deleted there separately.
Leave the launch list
Email contact@nextgoodsession.com from the address you signed up with and ask us to remove it.
